Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

It looks very accurate to what they’re selling you in the photo so I have no reasons to knock off stars. It is so soft you can literally fold the bag in half! Not the ones being held by a model) MY knot was a little messed up looking but the other reviews seemed to have knows that looked fine so it might have just been this shade. The white that shows up on the weaving feels more noticeable on some shades so if you’re looking to avoid that, this isn’t for you. Has no smell.
