Phone only works to 40kHz via USB cable type C. The audio has amazing quality and is very well balanced (the major is soft compared with the same price and the treble and bass are equally gifts). Felt a little discomfort using it with braids but in no time the bothered while I wore this phone. The product (Edifier W820NB) is excellent! Met well my need. Bought to study online through video-classes. As Watch classes (flat) have some noises neighbors wife, Street, works, chachorro… And noise cancellation, although not 100%, can filter big part of noise or at least greatly decrease the intensity improved my concentration. Indeed the sound volume is not very high, but what caught my attention was the quality: just fantastic! Listen Music by Bluetooth is great. Tried to test the hi-res listening with the cable connected, but not noticed a significant improvement. Or the audio source had no quality hi-res, or my ear is not so accurate. Not noticed any difference of sound quality compared a JBL have. Recommend buying (sound quality and fair price noise canceling). Now if your claim is hear music in the Heights, seek another option.
