2.Option 2 and from Option 5 to Option 12″ equipped with batteries installed in the doorbell, and there are green insulation stickers on the batteries. Please take off green stickers on the battery before using the doorbell.

3.When you choose different plug, the chime will be different.

Q: Why the doorbell cant turn on with the batteries?

A: You need to take off the sticker on the batteries and it will work.

Q: If wifi signal is too weak near the door, How can I solve the signal problem?

A: You shall order with the wifi extender, It will hope you extend the wifi signal distance.

Q:I order with battery, why I can’t turn on the camera?

A:All battery sent with a Insulating film, you shall move out it before you use.

Q:Why my new battery work short time?

A: For airline require: all rechargable battery must keep 0-60% power, if not, parcels can’t be shipped by air post.

So some battery is empty or less power. please charge battery full at the first time you use.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
